A Blockchain Storage Architecture Based on Information-Centric Networking

Blockchain technology is a unique distributed ledger that has been widely used in various areas. With the increase data on blockchain and append-only nature of blockchain, traditional blockchain’s full replica storage technique leads to scalability problem. Existing methods prioritize minimizing strain nodes while ignoring availability data, resulting lengthy average response time for users access blockchain. To address shortcomings, this paper proposes an Information-Centric Networking-based architecture. The architecture uses enhanced resolution system community division build node partitions store ledgers underlying network. It introduces virtual chain rapid indexing adopts collaborative block deletion algorithm across neighboring partitions, including number decision based decay characteristics resource relationship. Finally, we compare analyze proposed with BC-store KASARASA, results demonstrate significantly lower than others. volume method reduced by 57.2% compared policy, but only 5.2% slower when which substantially increases utilization.
